Fentress Skybuster, "4.5K' Challenge", Target altitude = 4500 ft,
combined total
of two flights from 2 rockets.
Starts Aug. 6 and runs for 10 launches.
Contest #5 Rules.
Launch fee = $5 to enter.
Prize = ½ total launch fee. The other half of the fee goes to the Club
Treasury. First Place - Randy Regan, Second Place - Joe Zawodny

Past Contests Results:
Saturday’s, Jul. 16th, contests were done to
raise money for our club treasury. We had 4 flyers participate in the
days events.
The "3,000ft contest" was won by Joe Zawodny with an altitude of
2,871 ft. Joe received a certificate good for another contest entry fee.
The "Guess the Altitude contest" was flown at about noon. Ironman made
it to an altitude of 2,116 ft. And the winner was…………… Joe Z with an
estimate of 2,365 ft!
The "9,000ft Challenge" was also completed on Saturday. Can anyone guess
who won that contest? I will give you a hint. Team Z7. Rocket - Red Hot,
Joe Z climbing to an altitude of 8,686ft!!!!! He will get a crisp
(maybe) $5 bill for his efforts and so will the treasury.
Fentress Skybuster, "9K' Challenge", Contest #2 Rules. Contest goes from Mar. 5th - Jul. 16th (10 launches). Launch fee of $5 for each attempt. Winner will get half of the launch fees and the other half goes to the Club.
